Bioreactor Tanks
High volume and small footprint solves many site constraints.
Small Tanks, Large Loadings. Bioreactor tank sizes can be minimized by operating at high MLSS concentrations. Compared to conventional systems, a Hi-Rate MBR System requires about 1/3 to 1/4 of the volume of reactor to handle equal organic loadings. The combination of deep water level and minimum water level equals to the small tank footprint in the smallest of all the major wastewater processes. In addition, tanks running at high MLSS concentrations are capable of processing higher organic loadings. This allows the Hi-Rate MBR System to process high volumes of treatment within awkward or restrictive site constraints.
